About this gig
I will provide a parking lot layout design to meet the code of whichever city the project is located in. This can be an existing site that may need to be reconfigured to maximize space or a site that has yet to be built. I can provide linework in a construction document format, a rendered parking plan, or a 3D rendering of the proposed parking lot layout. I can also recommend materials and provide an approximate cost estimate at an additional cost.

I primarily work on commercial and municipal projects on a variety of scales and complexity. I also have experience working on residential projects.
