About this Gig
Proxmox VE installed, configured, or migrated by someone who runs it in production.
I work in a hosting datacenter maintaining server hardware and run this hypervisor on my own infrastructure. I'll set it up on your dedicated server, VPS, or homelab box, or move your existing workloads onto it.
What I handle:
- Clean install (latest stable) on bare metal or nested
- Storage: ZFS, LVM-thin, directory, NFS/SMB mounts
- Networking: bridges, VLANs, static IPs, firewall basics
- VM and LXC container creation, templates, cloud-init
- Migration from VMware/ESXi, Hyper-V, VirtualBox, or another host
- Backup jobs with retention, including PBS if you have it
- Clustering and HA (Premium)
Everything is done remotely over SSH. Before you order, message me with your hardware specs, where it's hosted, and what you need running. I'll confirm the scope fits the package so there are no surprises.

FAQ
Do I need to give you root access?
Yes, SSH access as root or a sudo user. Revoke it when we’re done.
Can you migrate from VMware/ESXi?
Yes, that’s the most common request. Standard package covers up to 5 VMs.
Will my server be down?
Fresh installs wipe the disk, so plan for it. Migrations are done one VM at a time with minimal downtime.
What if the job is bigger than the package?
I’ll tell you before starting and we’ll adjust with an extra or a custom offer. No surprise charges.
