Koushik responded quickly and provided the design. However, this was not as I expected. When I explained, he accepted and offered to cancel the order. Very professional in communication and timely delivery however the logo type was not ideal for our use.

I am satisfied with all the work and the multiple concepts. It's a great way to introduce new ideas. The response time was great especially being in two different time zones. The experience was great.
