Why would you spend all that time on great content and powerful slides, but not run a final test with someone to help you nail the delivery of your messaging? It's so easy that you'll wonder why you didn't do this before.

Are you self-employed? Starting a new solo gig? Delivering some new content and don't have a big team around you to bounce ideas off of? Tired of practicing in front of your dog? Then do this for yourself: Run a brief executive presence check before a big conference call or presentation* to confirm what you're doing well and where you should make adjustments!

Take 30-minutes in advance of your big meeting to:

• Meet with me on the web call platform of your choice (Zoom, Teams, WebEx, etc)
• Discuss the purpose of the presentation and the audience composition
• Run through the opening and closing slides and complete the executive presence diagnostic: Angles, lighting, sound, background, attire, articulation, composure, authority
• Discuss must-do and nice-to-have adjustments to create optimal outcomes

A follow up email will be delivered within 24 hours documenting key observations and 3 "must dos".
