Pythagore Construction lacked a structured system for managing customer inquiries, quotations, and appointments. I implemented Zoho CRM to centralize lead management, track quotations, and monitor every stage of the sales process within Zoho CRM. Zoho Forms was used to capture customer inquiries and project requests, automatically sending data into Zoho CRM for faster lead qualification and follow-up. Zoho Bookings was implemented to allow clients to schedule consultations and site visits directly, eliminating manual appointment coordination. I configured automation within Zoho CRM to assign leads, trigger follow-up reminders, and keep customer information organized throughout the sales cycle. Zoho Forms and Zoho Bookings worked seamlessly with Zoho CRM to create a streamlined customer journey from inquiry to consultation.
