This gig is for public-facing websites that can be used without logging into an account, such as business/company sites, service/portfolio sites, ecommerce, marketing/lead-generation pages, informational sites, and landing pages.
It doesn't cover SaaS platforms, dashboards, admin panels, complex web apps/software or mobile apps. For these, please see my Web & Mobile App QA Testing gig on my profile, or message me if you need a custom scope.
I'll test the pages and website areas included in your selected package for:
- Functionality & Bugs: links, menus, forms and other included functionality work as expected
- Responsiveness: display and usability issues across the included devices/environments
- UI/UX & Usability: confusing or difficult-to-use elements
You'll receive a summary report with clear descriptions, annotated screenshots, screen recordings where needed and recommendations you and your team can use right away.

Which package should I choose?
Basic: ideal for smaller websites or when you want a focused check of the main visitor-facing areas. Standard: best for small to medium websites where several important pages need testing. Premium: best for larger websites, broader coverage or pre-launch testing.
What counts as a public page?
A public page is a page that can be accessed without logging into an account and is not part of a dashboard, admin area or other app-style interface.
Can you test checkout and payment pages?
Yes. Checkout/payment pages can be included within your package page limit, provided the checkout is set to sandbox/test mode or a staging environment where no real payment is required.
Can you test a staging or password-protected site?
Yes. I can test a staging or password-protected version as long as you provide the access details with your order.
Do you test web apps, SAAS platforms or mobile apps?
Not under this gig. These packages are scoped by website pages, which is not suitable for SaaS platforms, dashboards, logged-in/account areas, admin panels, complex web-app functionality or mobile apps. For these, please use my separate Web & Mobile App QA Testing gig available on my profile.
What will I receive?
You will receive a summary PDF report with clear descriptions, annotated screenshots of the findings, short video recordings for trickier issues, and practical UI/UX and usability recommendations.
What if my site has more pages than the package limit?
If your website has more than 10 pages, please contact me before ordering and I’ll prepare a custom offer based on the scope you need.
