What access do you need?
Usually the website admin login and FTP/SFTP or hosting access. A staging copy is ideal. Please share access only through the order requirements.
Do you work on live websites?
I prefer a staging copy. If there is none, I back up every file before I change it, so any change can be rolled back quickly.
What if the issue cannot be fixed in this package?
I will tell you honestly what I found and why. We can then agree on a custom offer or cancel the order.
Which platforms do you work with?
WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Laravel and custom PHP or JavaScript websites. If you are not sure, just message me.
