About me
Do you remember your "a-ha!" moment? For me, it was during sixth grade English class. We had to pick a book's side character and come up with their story as a creative writing exercise. I can't remember exactly what I wrote, but I vividly recall the reaction from my teacher. She chose my story to read out loud to the class. And I was embarrassed. But also... proud. In that moment, I was witnessing raw emotion (from someone who wasn’t my parent) because of something I had written. And I realized that I liked that feeling. So, here I am. Still writing.
