What if I'm not happy with my order?
Please let me know! I want all my customers to be 100% satisfied - so do not hesitate to reach out and ask for me to fix something. But please try and give me as much direction or examples before the recording happens, in terms of pace, tone...how you want your recording to sound!
What USAGE RIGHTS do I need?
- COMMERCIAL RIGHTS are now included with every order! - ONLINE AD RIGHTS are required for paid channels online, such as FB, YouTube, Google, etc. - National, Regional or Local BROADCAST RIGHTS are required for Digital, TV, and Radio. Please contact me for a custom offer for these channels.
Do you offer revisions? What is a revision?
Absolutely! I provide a free stylistic revision with every order if requested within 72 hours of delivery. For orders under 300 words a full revision is included, over 300 I'll send you a test read for approval first, then minor pickups (10% or less) are included.
I have a script change...
I understand - these things happen! Sometimes things sound different than you expect. Please keep in mind that script changes are not considered revisions and will require an additional fee.
What if you pronounced my name incorrectly?
If there are any words or names in your script that have a unique pronunciation, it is crucial that you include the details with your order. If you are unhappy with my pronunciation and did not provide guidance, I can help you place a revision order.
What if I need a special pronunciation?
If you have a special pronunciation for any word or acronym, please tell me when you place the order. That's no problem! Anytime I am unsure of pronunciation, I reference the pronunciation listed in the Merriam Webster dictionary: https://www.merriam-webster.com.
Can you do accents?
I have an authentic American accent as demonstrated in the examples of my work. This is the only accent I can promise to deliver accurately.
Do you speak other languages?
I am a Native American English speaker. I also speak French fluently having attend lycée in France many moons ago. I speak a touch of Spanish (having spent much of my life in Texas). Certainly enough for a few lines in your IVR messaging and the like.
How long is my usage valid?
My rates are valid for up to 12 months. Please contact me directly for more specific pricing, as well as longer runs or renewals.
