FAQ
Do I need FluentCRM Pro for this?
For automations, yes. The free version handles contacts and campaigns, but automation funnels are a Pro feature. If you are not on Pro yet, message me before ordering and I will confirm exactly what your current setup can do.
Which SMS gateway do you work with?
Twilio, Plivo, SignalWire and the other providers the FluentCRM SMS module supports. You supply the account and the credits, I handle the connection, the message templates and the testing.
My emails land in spam. Can you fix that?
Usually. Most cases come down to missing SPF, DKIM or DMARC records, or sending through your host default mail function instead of a proper SMTP service. I check all of this in the audit and fix it in Standard and Premium.
What access do you need from me?
A WordPress admin login. A temporary admin account that you delete after delivery is completely fine, and I recommend it. For deliverability work I may also need access to your domain DNS records.
What if nothing is actually broken?
Then the audit says so in writing, and I map the reminders you are missing instead. Either way you finish knowing exactly what your setup does and what it should be doing. That is worth more than guessing.
Does this work with WooCommerce, LearnDash or my events plugin?
Yes. FluentCRM connects to WooCommerce, LearnDash, form plugins and event calendars. Tell me which ones you run and I will confirm the exact triggers available before you order, so there are no surprises.
How many automations do I get?
Basic is the audit only, no build. Standard includes one complete automation with email and SMS. Premium includes up to three. You can add more at any time using the extra automation add on.
What do I actually receive at the end?
A working system on your own site, a written report of what was wrong, and a walkthrough video showing what I changed and how to edit it yourself later. Nothing is locked to me, you own all of it.
