Collect and distribute mail and office correspondence.

Purchase office supplies and other items as instructed.

Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of office areas.

Assist with loading, unloading, and moving office equipment or supplies.

Run banking, courier, and government office errands.

Help receive and direct visitors.

Ensure confidential documents are handled securely.

Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
