I am a full-stack developer in Sweden with five years of professional experience, currently building software full-time for a Swedish software company. Debugging other people's code is most of what I do. I also built and shipped a Chrome extension that captures console errors, network failures and DOM state for bug reporting, so I am quick at reading a broken page.

You get a full refund, no argument. Send me the bug before ordering and I will usually be able to tell you upfront whether it is something I can solve.
What do you need from me to start?
A link where I can see the bug happening, access to the relevant code, and how to run the project locally. If it is behind a login, send credentials through Fiverr chat rather than the order form.
