Show buyers the home before it is built. I turn your 2D floor plan into a furnished 3D interior and a smooth camera tour through every room.
As a civil engineer, I read technical drawings accurately: walls, doors and windows follow your plan's dimensions.
What you get:

How it works:
1. Send your plan (DWG, PDF, or a clear photo/sketch) and your style preferences.
2. I build the rooms and send a low-resolution preview video.
3. We adjust camera angles, timing and furniture.
4. I render and deliver the final video.
Furniture is chosen from modern 3D models; exact replicas of specific branded products are not included. No people or exterior views (see my exterior gig).

What files do you need?
A floor plan in DWG, DXF or PDF is best. A clear photo or hand sketch with dimensions also works. If ceiling height is not given, I use 2.80 m.
Can I choose the furniture and colors?
Yes. Send 2–3 reference photos or describe your style (modern, warm, minimal). I match colors and materials as closely as possible with my model library.
Will I see the video before the final render?
Yes. You get a low-resolution preview first, and all camera and furniture changes are made at that stage.
Can you add my logo?
Yes, a simple logo end card is included free of charge.
Do you make vertical videos for Reels/TikTok?
Message me before ordering. A vertical version needs its own camera setup, so it is quoted separately.
