I provide remote troubleshooting and tech support for Windows computers. You stay in control the whole time while I diagnose and fix the problem live.

FAQ
Do you need access to my computer?
Yes, for most issues I connect remotely using a tool like AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or Quick Assist. You stay in control and can watch everything I do, and you can end the session at any time.
What if you can’t fix my problem?
If I can’t resolve the issue after a proper diagnosis, I’ll tell you honestly and explain why, and we can work out the best next step, which may include cancelling the order. Message me first if you want to confirm I can help before ordering.
Which Windows versions do you support?
I support Windows 10 and Windows 11. If you’re on an older version, message me before ordering so we can check.
Is my data safe during a remote session?
I only access what’s needed to fix the problem and I never copy or keep your files. I recommend closing personal documents and sensitive accounts before we start.
How long does a session take?
Most issues are fixed within 1 to 2 hours, which matches the hours included in each package. Bigger problems may need the Additional Hours extra.

I’m available 9am to 6pm EST.
