Can you repair clipped audio?
Mild clipping can often be improved. Severe clipping may only be partially recoverable.
Can you remove all background noise?
Not always. If noise overlaps heavily with the wanted audio, aggressive removal can damage the recording.
Can I send a sample first?
Yes. For heavily damaged audio, I strongly recommend sending a short sample before ordering.
What file type should I send?
WAV or AIFF is preferred. Always send the highest-quality original file available.
Can you make terrible audio sound studio-quality?
I can often make major improvements, but restoration cannot recreate information that was never captured.
