FAQ
What access do you need?
A WordPress admin login. Create a temporary admin user for me and delete it afterwards. Sometimes I also need hosting or FTP access. Only share these through the Fiverr order page.
Will you break my site?
I take a full backup before making any changes, so your site can always be restored.
What counts as one "fix"?
One specific problem, e.g. "the contact form doesn't send" or "the header is broken on mobile". If you're unsure, message me and I'll tell you.
What if you can't fix it?
I'll tell you before you order. If something unexpected comes up, I'll cancel the order so you get a full refund.
