About this Gig
Messy product CSV? I can standardise spacing, capitalisation, category labels and tag separators using rules we agree from your supplied data.
This gig covers one readable CSV file, up to 10 agreed text columns and the package's product-row limit. One row counts as one item, including each variant row.
You receive a cleaned review CSV, a change log and a list of missing or conflicting values for your review. I preserve row count, column headers, SKUs, IDs, prices, stock and variant relationships. Suspected duplicates are flagged, not deleted.
Please send an anonymised sample and your cleanup rules through Fiverr before ordering so I can check fit.
No store login or live import is included. This is not a promise of a platform-ready import file. Formula repair, scraping, image sourcing, new product copy and researching missing facts are outside this gig. HTML description code stays unchanged.
My examples use synthetic product data. I may use AI-assisted tools, with checks against the agreed rules. One revision covers corrections to that original brief.

What files and batch sizes are included?
One readable CSV file, up to 10 agreed text columns and 100, 200 or 300 product rows depending on your package. Each variant row counts as one item. Please send an anonymised sample and rules on Fiverr before ordering.
Will you upload the file to my live store?
No. I deliver a cleaned review CSV, a change log and an owner-review list. Live imports, store administration and platform schema conversion are not included. Review the file and test any import separately before using it in production.
Will you change SKUs, prices or remove duplicates?
SKUs, IDs, prices, stock and variant relationships are preserved. I keep row count and headers unchanged. Suspected duplicate products and missing or conflicting values are flagged for you, not deleted or guessed.
Can you fill missing product facts or rewrite descriptions?
This gig applies your supplied cleanup rules. I do not invent facts, source images, scrape suppliers or write new product copy. Missing facts stay flagged. HTML description code stays unchanged.
What does the revision cover?
One round correcting the original cleanup rules and included rows. Extra records, new rules or a different source file need a separate scope and quote through Fiverr.
Are your examples real client work and do you use AI?
My current examples are synthetic demonstrations, not past client work. I may use AI-assisted tools to help with the task, and check the output against the agreed rules before handover.
