I really liked that the first lesson began with Japanese used rather than being mostly in English. My son was very engaged with Kyoko and responded well to her approach.

Kyoko is a life saver. She managed a complex mission of booking several sea taxis on the Seto Inland Sea, and researching new companies when the one I wanted to book was full. She also helped me book a car on an island that did not offer online reservation. I could have never done this without her! I wish I could hire her every day!!!
