Leading the rebuild of Tier Tech, CalCPI's clinical services platform, moving it off Bubble and onto a custom Node.js, Express and PostgreSQL application built toward HIPAA's technical safeguards. Implemented role-based access control, tamper-resistant audit logging, automatic session timeouts, and separate development and live environments with their own secrets. Built referral matching, assessment workflows, admin dashboards and AI-drafted clinical summaries, plus a server-side integration with a partner's report-generation service.
