What is included with the Basic plan?
With the basic plan, I analyze your website and server to determine whether there's a security breach. You'll receive a clear diagnosis along with recommended next steps. If I discover that there's a security breach, you will need to acquire the Standard or Premium sites to have it fixed.
What is included in the Standard and Premium plans?
I remove all malware, patch vulnerabilities, and optimize your website's security. I also include a Service Guarantee of 2 and 3 months for the Standard and Premium plans, respectively. The Premium plan also includes 2 weeks of monitoring and maintenance.
Do you guarantee that my website won't be hacked again?
Incidents after I clean & optimize a website are rare. Rest assured that I provide the best possible protection, but I can't guarantee they won't happen again. There are several factors out of my control, like site management, server security, & others that could lead to new incidents.
What is the Service Guarantee?
While the Service Guarantee policy is valid, I will repair your website if it's hacked again at no extra cost.
About website restorations
I can only restore your website if no data is deleted from the server. If you have backups of the database and website files, I can also restore them. Any information added to the site from the time of the newest backups to the time the data was deleted will be lost.
What do you do for Monitoring and Maintenance?
I monitor your website to ensure no new malware infections or incidents have occurred. Every week, I run full security scans and update the WordPress core, themes, and plugins. I do not include general website support or adding new features.
What do you need from the customer in order to do this job?
For this service, I will need a WordPress admin account. FTP/SFTP/SSH and/or cPanel access are also required. cPanel (or similar) is preferable if available.
My website does not use WordPress, can you repair it?
