Primarily Cisco, but I can also work with TP-Link, Mikrotik, and other common brands. Let me know your equipment before ordering.
Do I need to give you remote access?
Not necessarily. Many issues can be resolved via screenshots, configs, or step-by-step guidance. Remote access (via AnyDesk or TeamViewer) is optional for faster resolution.
What if my issue isn't solved?
I'll always communicate transparently. If the problem is beyond scope, I'll let you know before you pay anything extra — and revisions are included in every package.
