Q: Which platforms can you migrate from?
WooCommerce, Wix, BigCommerce, Magento, Squarespace, Etsy, or any store with a CSV export.
Q: Will my old store be affected?
No. Your old store stays live and untouched. I only copy the data to your new Shopify store.
Q: Can you migrate customer passwords?
No. Passwords cannot be transferred for security reasons. Customers will get an email to set a new password.
Q: Will my SEO rankings be affected?
I set up 301 redirects in the Premium package so your old URLs point to the new ones, which protects your rankings.
Q: What access do you need?
Admin or staff access to your old store, and collaborator access to your Shopify store. I never ask for passwords.
