Have an idea you can't stop thinking about, but you're not quite sure what to do with it? That's where I come in.
I'm LaLa Ijea, a Creative Development Consultant. I help people take ideas that may feel unfinished, unclear, or full of possibilities and develop them into something they can actually see and move forward with.
We'll begin simply. You'll send me a brief voice recording telling me about your idea in your own words. No presentation. No complicated questionnaire. Just talk. I'll listen before we meet, and then we'll have a focused creative conversation so I can understand what you're envisioning.
From there, I step away and do the creative work, rethinking the idea, exploring possibilities, making connections, and considering what it could become.
You'll receive a personalized Creative Blueprint that captures what I heard, what I see, the developed concept, possibilities worth exploring, and clear next steps.

What kinds of ideas can I bring to you?
You can bring me a book, event, creative project, content idea, brand experience, ministry concept, campaign, or even an idea you haven’t quite figured out yet. It doesn’t need to be polished. If there’s an idea there, we can start there.
Do I need to have my idea fully developed before we begin?
Not at all. That’s the point of creative development. You may have a clear idea, a rough concept, or simply know that there’s something you want to create. Bring me what you have, and we’ll begin there.
What is the voice recording for?
Before we meet, send a brief voice recording (5 minutes or less) telling me about your idea. Simply use the voice recorder on your phone—nothing fancy is needed. No preparation or script. Just talk naturally about your idea and send the recording to me.
What is a Creative Blueprint?
Your Creative Blueprint is a personalized digital document created from my development of your idea. Depending on your project, it may include what I heard, what I see, the developed concept, new possibilities, key elements to consider, and clear next steps.
Will you actually create the finished project for me?
This gig is specifically for creative development and your Creative Blueprint. If you’d like help creating the finished work—such as a book, song, event concept, written piece, or other creative asset—we can discuss that separately after your Blueprint is complete.
