I help ecommerce brands work out which of their ad spend is actually making money.
Most stores judge campaigns on ROAS, which ignores COGS, shipping, fees, and returns. Add those back, and the ranking often changes. A campaign at 3.2x can be losing money while a quieter one at 2.1x is the profitable one.
