What files do I need to provide to start?
You will need to provide your architectural plans (ideally the Revit model, but CAD or PDF files also work), along with any design briefs, sketch layouts, or specific equipment requirements.
Do you stamp the drawings for council submission?
No. I provide the professional drafting and BIM coordination services. Any official permit submissions that require a professional engineering (PE) stamp must be reviewed and signed off by a local licensed engineer in your jurisdiction.
Can you work with regional standards like the NZ BIM Handbook or NATSPEC?
Yes. I am highly familiar with Australasian drafting standards, including the NZ BIM Handbook, NATSPEC, and BIM-MEP AUS protocols, as well as US LOD standards.
