I will help you master public speaking and camera confidence

Feel confident, sound natural, and own the room, whether you're speaking to an audience or a camera.

Public speaking, presentations, video calls, interviews, social media videos... there are so many moments when we have to put ourselves out there. And knowing what to say is only part of it. How you use your voice, body, energy and presence can completely change the way you're perceived.

I'm Lara, an actress, writer, entrepreneur and coach, and I've spent years performing, speaking, creating videos and helping people become more confident in how they communicate.

My coaching combines public speaking techniques, acting exercises, storytelling, body language and practical confidence-building tools to help you feel more comfortable being seen and heard.

Whether you want to:

• Speak more confidently in meetings or presentations
• Prepare for a speech, interview or important conversation
• Stop freezing or overthinking when you're speaking
• Feel more natural and engaging on camera
• Improve your voice, body language and presence
• Tell better stories and connect with your audience
• Build confidence that carries into everyday life

I'll create a supportive space where you will feel like you!
