What is your process?
Ideally, before you place an order you contact me through Fiverr and we discuss you project. When we agree on the specifics you will place the order, send me the product and I begin.
How do I get the product to you?
Once we agree on your project requirements, you can accept my offer. I’ll then provide a shipping address for your product. If you want the product returned, please include a prepaid return shipping label. I’ll ship it back within 10 days after the project is completed.
Will I have exclusive rights to the pictures?
Yes. Absolutely. You will have full rights to use the images however you wish. I only reserve the right to use selected images from the project in my professional portfolio and for promotional purposes.
Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes, please contact me through Fiverr before placing your order. This allows us to discuss your project, clarify exactly what you need, and make sure we both understand what will be delivered before you move forward.
What image formats and dimensions do you provide?
I normally deliver high-quality JPEG images at 2000 × 2000 pixels. If you know where the images will be used—Amazon, Etsy, eBay, your website, or another platform—I can provide them in the specific dimensions and formats required.
