Can you clean up both Shopify and Amazon bookkeeping?
Yes. Basic and Standard cover one sales channel—Shopify or Amazon. Premium covers up to two channels. Additional marketplaces require a custom offer.
What counts as a transaction?
A transaction is an entry imported, entered or adjusted in QuickBooks, such as a deposit, expense, transfer, fee or refund. Individual customer orders do not count separately when they are summarized through settlement or payout reports.
Do I need to share my QuickBooks password?
No. You can invite me securely as an accountant user. I will also need statements and settlement reports for the cleanup period.
Does this service include tax filing, payroll or inventory valuation?
No. The packages cover ecommerce bookkeeping cleanup and financial reporting. Tax returns, sales-tax filings, payroll corrections, inventory valuation, software subscriptions and audit services are separate.
What does each package cover?
Each package covers one business entity. Financial accounts include bank accounts, credit cards, PayPal or Stripe. Additional months, transactions, sales channels or financial accounts require a custom offer.
