What do you need from me before starting?
I’ll need information about your business, target audience, brand goals, competitors, preferred visual direction, and any references you would like me to consider. If you purchase the Basic package, please also provide your existing logo files.
What is the difference between the Basic and Standard packages?
The Basic package is for businesses that already have a logo and need clear brand guidelines for its use, colors, and typography. The Standard package includes the creation of one custom logo concept plus a complete visual identity and brand book.
What does unlimited revisions mean?
Unlimited revisions apply to refinements of the selected design direction, such as adjustments to typography, colors, spacing, proportions, or visual details. They do not include unlimited new logo concepts or a completely new creative direction once a concept has been selected.
What files will I receive?
Final deliverables may include high-resolution PNG and JPG files, vector files such as SVG and PDF, and your brand guidelines in PDF format, depending on the package purchased. Editable source files can also be provided when included in the agreed scope.
Are editable source files included?
Source files can be provided depending on the package and project scope. If you specifically need editable Adobe Illustrator or other working files, please let me know before ordering so I can confirm what will be included.
Can you redesign or improve my existing logo?
Yes. If you already have a logo but feel it needs refinement or a more professional visual direction, send it to me before ordering. I can review it and recommend the most suitable package for your project.
Can you design in a specific style?
Yes. I can work with different visual directions depending on your brand, audience, and industry. References are welcome, but the final identity will be developed specifically for your business rather than copied from another brand.
What happens if I want a completely new logo concept after choosing a direction?
A completely new creative direction is considered an additional concept rather than a revision. If you decide to explore a new concept after a direction has already been selected, I can provide a custom extra or offer based on the additional work required.
