ABOUT THIS GIG

Basic: Includes 3D floorplan of your interior with windows + doors only with no furniture, appliances, materials or decor. Up to 700 sq ft (65 sq m)

Standard: Includes 3D floorplan of all the above with the addition of furniture, decor and color/textures. Up to 1000 sq ft (110 sq m)

Premium: Includes 3D floorplan of all the above with the addition of furniture, decor and color/textures. Up to 2000 sq ft (185 sq m)

HOW IT WORKS

1. Send me your floorplan or a sketch with all room dimensions and door/window placements
2. I will model your floorplan
3. Model is then taken into the rendering program to add light, texture and camera settings
4. Furniture and decor is added
5. Your render is created
6. Post production will be performed at this stage if needed
7. Your files are on their way!
