I had a wonderful conversation with Lauren. We talked about her opinions on how to evaluate candidates as per different job descriptions and what organizational and HR practices we can employ to improve recruitment effectiveness. I had an excellent experience with the pre-meeting logistics, the meeting, and the post-meeting delivery. Highly recommended.
