I build business systems inside GoHighLevel that help service-based businesses capture leads, respond quickly, and stay on top of follow-ups so they don’t lose potential customers. I’ve worked on websites and sales funnels that guide visitors from ads or traffic straight into booked appointments or payments. I also set up AI chatbots and AI voice agents that respond to new leads immediately, answer basic questions, and help move them toward booking or buying without delays. On the Backend side, I create pipelines so businesses can easily see where each lead is in their process, whether they’re new, needing follow-up, or ready to close. I also set up automated follow-ups through SMS, email, and voicemail so leads are consistently followed up with instead of being forgotten. I integrate payment tools like Stripe and PayPal so businesses can send invoices and collect payments without friction, and I connect everything so leads, bookings, and payments are all properly linked. Most of my work has been with small service businesses and real estate professionals who were struggling with missed leads or slow response times. I help them put a simple structure in place so they can respond faster, stay organized, and convert more leads without adding extra workload.
