FAQ
What sizes can you design?
The standard rack card sizes in the U.S. are: 3.5"x8.5" or 4"x9", but I can design any size you need. Please have your size ready before you submit the requirements form.
I have a design I want replicated or similar to, can you do this?
Yes! Please be sure to include a reference photo when you submit your requirements! You can always send me your photo before placing your order.
Can you design my rack card to match my branding?
Yes, just be sure to include your branding logo and colors when you submit your requirements. If you do not have a brand/style guide, please provide a reference image/photo/website, etc. so I have something to refer to.
Do I need to pay extra for a print ready high resolution file?
Nope! All packages include a high resolution print ready file.
What is a "source file"?
The design file. I design my projects in Adobe Illustrator so the source file is in "AI" format. If you don't have this program, you can still save the file to your computer although you will not be able to open it. It's handy to keep incase a printer/designer needs it to make edits.
Do I need to pay extra for the source file?
The source file is included in all packages except the BASIC Package. I do have an option to add it on for $5. If you don't plan to make edits yourself in the future, you do not need the source file. NOTE: You will need to have the paid Adobe Suite programs to be able to open/edit my files.
Can you edit some of the photos that I want to include in my design?
Yes, I can edit your photos. This will be part of the requirements section after you place your order. Please note that this only covers basic editing - removing backgrounds, cleaning up blemishes, etc.
