In the rare case that the first delivery isn’t perfect, revisions ensure you receive the product as agreed, with top priority. If you purchase more notes than needed, you can use the extra ones for any other transcription (you can always ask how many notes were transcribed). If you buy far fewer notes than necessary, we’ll proceed with the transcription up to the limit of your purchased notes and contact you promptly.

We simply count the notes in the MIDI exported from Musescore. It means that the chord notation is counted based on the notes in each chord. For example, if your song has four repeating chords with three notes each, that would total twelve notes. (Remember, we won’t charge for repeated sections!)
