FAQ
What do I need to provide to get started?
Domain and hosting or WordPress logins credentials. If you haven't purchased yet, I'll guide and help. Content (text, images, videos) for the pages, and branding (font, colors). Your company logo (if you have one, if not, I will make it). Some reference websites/stores that you really like.
Do you provide domain and hosting?
No, I don't provide these services. However, I can guide and help you to purchase the best plan from good hosting companies. Contact me if you need help, this is important, I can’t start without this.
After you deliver the website will I be able to manage it by myself?
Yes, you will be able to manage your website yourself through the Admin Panel. If you really need our help, you can contact me and I will help you. Since I provide free support during the entire project development, as well as after completion (1 month free).
Do you provide support after order completion?
Yes, I do provide free support for 1 month. If you have any questions, you can always inbox me and I will help you. if you need longer support and help after, and in the future, I'm here to help you with everything and to maintain your website on a monthly basis for a low price (see other GIGs).
What if I’m not satisfied with your work?
I believe this will not happen, but if it does, I offer unlimited revisions. I request that you take the time on the design I created for you and send me a list of modifications you want me to do so that I can meet your vision. If after some time you are still not satisfied, I won't mind refunding.
Do you provide content for the website?
Sadly no. You will have to provide all the content for the project (text, images, videos...) and send it to us. Since this is your business, you know your products and services best. But, if you really need our help, we can help you find some professional free images (Stock Images – No Copyright).
Can I see some samples of your work?
Yes, you can drop me a message to see samples of my work.
I see only up to 15 pages and 50 products option. Can you make more than that?
