FAQ
What types of businesses do you write VSLs for?
I write for businesses selling products, services, software, courses, coaching, and memberships. Each script is tailored to your audience, offer, and sales goal. If your offer is highly technical or requires specialist knowledge, message me before ordering.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your offer details, price, target audience, and the action you want viewers to take. Share any existing sales page, brand guidelines, and approved testimonials or results. Include confirmed guarantee terms, bonuses, and any claims or phrases to avoid.
Which package should I choose?
Basic covers up to 450 words, Standard up to 1,200, and Premium up to 2,200. Standard and Premium include audience and competitor research, alternative hooks, and visual notes. Premium adds outline approval and CTA options. Message me if you need help choosing.
Do you research my audience and competitors?
Every package includes reviewing your brief and offer materials. Standard adds public audience research and a review of up to two competitors; Premium covers up to three. Original interviews, surveys, and paid research are outside these packages.
Can you improve or rewrite an existing VSL?
Yes. Send your current script, what you want improved, and any available performance data, such as viewer drop-off or conversion rates. I'll review the work involved and recommend a package or custom offer.
Do you create the video or record the voiceover?
This gig covers scriptwriting. You receive an editable English-language script in .docx or Google Docs. Standard and Premium also include suggested on-screen text and visual notes. Filming, video editing, and voiceover recording are not included.
How do revisions work?
Basic includes one revision round, Standard two, and Premium three. Each round covers one consolidated set of feedback within the original brief. A different offer, new target audience, or substantial increase in length requires a separate quote.
Do you guarantee sales or conversions?
I write to make your offer clear, persuasive, and relevant to your audience. Results also depend on your product, pricing, traffic, landing page, and video execution, so I cannot guarantee a particular conversion rate or revenue result.
Can you work with agencies or ongoing projects?
Yes. I welcome agency projects and ongoing collaborations. Send your expected script volume, offer details, deadlines, and approval process so we can agree on the scope and delivery schedule.
How long will the finished video be?
At roughly 150 spoken words per minute, the package maximums are about 3, 8, and 15 minutes. Actual runtime depends on delivery speed, pauses, and editing. Packages are scoped by word count; alternative hooks and production notes are additional to the main script allowance.
