Yes, the Premium package covers iOS, web and backend together. For Basic and Standard you can add a platform as an extra.
Can you publish the app on the App Store?
Premium includes TestFlight and App Store submission support. You'll need your own Apple Developer account.

Yes, to speed up development. Everything is reviewed, tested and owned by me, and your project data is never shared without your consent.
