Q1. I do not have a script yet. Can you still make my video?
Yes, that is very common. Just send me your website link and 3-4 bullet points about your product. In the Standard and Premium packages I will turn those points into a proper script and send it to you for approval before I start animating. Nothing gets animated until you are happy with the words
Q2. Can you show my actual dashboard / product screens in the video?
Yes, and I actually prefer it. A real product screen builds more trust than a made-up one. Send me clear screenshots, and I will rebuild and animate them cleanly in After Effects so they look sharp, even on a big screen.
Q3. Is voiceover included?
I sync the voiceover, music and sound effects in every package. If you already have a voiceover file, send it to me. If you do not, message me before ordering and I will guide you to the right option for your budget - I will never add a hidden charge for this later.
Q4. What if I want changes after seeing the first version?
Every package includes revisions, and that is exactly what they are for. Send me all your changes in one clear list with timestamps, like "0:12 - make the headline bigger", and I will fix them together. Small text, colour and timing changes are always quick.
Q5. Will the video match my brand?
Yes. I use your logo, your brand colours and your font style (if you have one) in every scene. If you do not have a brand guide yet, just send me your website - I will pick the colours and style directly from there.
