What do you need from me to get started?
Your Eventbrite login ( or collaborator access ), event date, time and venue or virtual link, description, ticket types and prices, images or logo, and your organizer/About Us details.
Can you connect Eventbrite to GoHighLevel or my CRM
Yes, that's the Premium package. when someone registers, their details sync into GoHighLevel ( Or Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc. ) automatically so confirmations and reminders send themselves.
Do you set up Zoom or webinar events?
Yes, Virtual and hybrid event setup including Zoom/webinar integration is included from the Standard package up, with the meeting link and reminders wired into the Eventbrite registration flow.
How many ticket types can you set up
As many as your event needs, Free, Paid or donation tickets, multiple price tiers, group tickets and early-bird pricing are all standard. let me know your pricing structure in the brief.
Do you guarantee ticket sales?
No on honestly can. ticket sales depend on your audience and promotion. what i guarantee is a fully configured, professional page with every Eventbrite feature working, correctly, so nothing stands between a visitor and buying a ticket.
Can you design the event banner and graphics?
Yes, a custom eventbrite banner ( Correct size ) is included in every package. social media graphics and a press release are available as add-ons if you need to promote the event elsewhere
Do you do event promotion or marketing?
This gig covers setup and configuration, not paid promotion or social media marketing, if you need registrants funneled into a CRM for automated follow-up, that's the Premium package, full paid-ads or organic promotioon is outside this gigs scope
How long does setup take?
Basic setup is typically 2-3 days. Standard and Premium, with webinar or CRM integration, run 4-6 days depending on how many tools need connecting. Rush delivery is available, Just ask.
Do i own the Eventbrite account and data?
Yes. Everything is built on your eventbrite account and your own CRM. you keep full ownership and access to your registrant data at all times. nothing is tied to my accounts.
