Can you route Zillow leads to the right agent automatically?
Yes. I set rules by lead source, price range, zip code or agent availability, plus round robin and first to claim. Zillow Premier Agent, Realtor.com, Facebook and website leads can all follow the same logic.
Will you also build the follow up emails and texts?
Yes. I write and set up action plans and drip campaigns for new leads, cold leads, open house sign ins and past clients, in a tone that sounds like you. You can edit every message later.
What access do you need from me?
Admin or owner access to your CRM, plus Zapier or Make if we use them. Add me as a user so you stay in control, and remove me once the work is done.
