• Use QuickBooks Online, Xero, Wave, Zoho, MYOB, Excel, or any other software as needed
• Record asset, liability, equity, and capital account entries through detailed analysis
• Maintain complete documentation by entering precise account information
• Provide insights and recommend financial actions by analyzing available options
• Prepare Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and other key financial reports
• Ensure proper accounting controls by establishing or following policies & procedures
• Reconcile discrepancies through detailed review and analysis of accounts
• Uphold financial security by complying with internal control systems
• Prepare and verify payment documentation to ensure timely disbursements
• Research accounting policies to answer procedure-related queries accurately
• Comply with all federal, state, and local financial regulations
• Maintain 100% confidentiality of all financial data and operations
