Do I need to have my own Wix account before placing an order?
Yes, you will need a Wix account. If you don't have one yet, don't worry! I can guide you through setting one up. Once created, you can simply add me as an Admin or Contributor to your site without sharing your private login password.
What do I need to provide for you to get started on my store?
To get started, I will need access to your Wix account (as a contributor), core elements of your brand CI, page copy/text, high-resolution product images, product descriptions, pricing, and your payment gateway details.
What if I don't have all my text, images, or branding ready yet?
No problem at all! I can build your site using professional placeholder text and royalty-free stock images. Once your final copy and product images are ready, you can easily swap them out or hire me to upload them for you.
Will I be able to manage and update my store myself after launch?
Absolutely! Wix is very user-friendly. I design your store so you can easily add new products, edit text, change prices, and view orders. (My Premium Package also includes a personalised video walkthrough to show you how!).
Does the package price include Wix subscription fees or domain costs?
No, the Gig pricing covers my custom design, strategy, and setup services. You will pay Wix directly for your hosting subscription (e.g., Wix Business/E-Commerce plan) and domain registration.
