What do you need to get started?
To get started on a video, all I need is the footage you want me to use and any or all ideas about the style, tone, pacing, and the like for the end product.
Do you have example work you can send me?
Yes! I am often updating my portfolio to provide you with the most up-to-date representation of my skills and previous work.
How can I contact you if I bring you onto my project?
We can communicate solely through the Fiverr messaging system. I check my messages frequently and will update you on the project's progress, depending on how long it takes me.
What if my project doesn't fit your packages?
If you have a project that does not easily fit into any of my packages, please message me! I am happy to work with you and make a custom offer if you think I am a good fit.
What file formats do you offer?
Typically, I offer MP4 only. If you require a different format, please message me, and I may be able to offer something different!
Can you deliver in less than 24 hours?
It depends on the complexity and needs of the end video, but I potentially could, yes! If you need a video within 24 hours, please message me with the details, and I can tell you if I think it will be possible for me!
How do revisions work?
If I send you a draft/progress of your project and you are not happy with it, simply message me with the specifics- what you like, what you don't, what you want me to change-, and I will get right on it as soon as I can!
What if I am not satisfied with the final product?
If you are not satisfied, please message me so we can discuss it further! Ideally, I want everyone to walk away with something they're happy with, so I will try my best to do that. I offer 2-8 revisions and will work with you to meet your vision.
