Which package should I choose?
Basic covers 1 straightforward bug. Standard covers up to 2 related issues. Premium covers up to 4 related issues OR 1 moderately complex problem. All work must be within the same existing application. Larger projects need a custom quote.
What counts as one bug or issue?
One issue means a specific, clearly defined problem, such as a broken form, login error or incorrect page behaviour. Multiple unrelated faults, major rewrites and substantial new functionality require a separate quote.
What do you need from me to get started?
Please share your app's platform, a description of the problem, steps to reproduce it and what should happen instead. Screenshots, error messages and relevant code are helpful. Never send passwords, secret keys or sensitive personal information.
Will you need access to my project or source code?
Usually, yes. Depending on the platform, I may need a project export, repository access or a suitable test environment. We'll agree on the safest authorised approach. You retain ownership of your project and credentials.
Can you fix login and database problems?
Yes, I can investigate existing login flows, authentication errors, database connections and data display issues. New authentication systems, major database changes or migrations may require a custom offer.
Can you improve my app's design or mobile layout?
Yes. I can fix existing UI problems, broken layouts and responsive behaviour within the agreed scope. The Mobile Layout Fix extra covers one additional responsive issue on an existing screen. Full redesigns are not included.
Will you test the changes and explain what was fixed?
I'll test the agreed functionality wherever the available project and test environment allow. Every package includes brief notes; Standard and Premium include documentation. I'll explain any limitations or functionality I couldn't verify.
How do revisions and delivery times work?
Basic includes 2 days and 2 revisions; Standard 4 days and 3 revisions; Premium 7 days and 4 revisions. Revisions cover agreed work, not new features. Extra-fast delivery and additional revisions are available at checkout.
