What counts as one issue?
One issue is a clearly defined fault, such as a failed endpoint, webhook handler error or incorrect payload mapping. Several unrelated bugs, multiple systems or a substantial rewrite require a separate quote.
What do you need to get started?
Please share the problem, expected outcome, error messages or HTTP status codes, and relevant code or sanitised logs. API documentation and sample requests or payloads are helpful. Remove credentials and personal data before sharing.
Do you need my API keys or live system access?
Usually not. I prefer source code, sanitised logs, example requests and a test environment. Don't send live API keys or passwords in initial messages. Any necessary access must be authorised and agreed securely.
Can you work with my programming language or platform?

Can you create a new API integration from scratch?
This Gig is for troubleshooting an existing API or webhook connection. New integrations, major rebuilds and multiple-system workflows can be discussed as separately scoped custom projects.
What if the problem comes from a third-party service?
I'll investigate the available code, logs and responses, and fix issues within the agreed scope where possible. Provider outages, revoked access or external changes may prevent a complete fix; I'll explain the findings and next steps.
Will you test the fix and provide the source code?
Yes. I'll test the agreed functionality using available safe examples or a test environment, and supply updated source code or configuration where applicable. Standard and Premium include detailed comments. A reusable Postman collection is an optional extra.
How do revisions and delivery times work?
Basic includes 2-day delivery and 2 revisions; Standard 4 days and 3 revisions; Premium 6 days and 4 revisions. Revisions cover agreed fixes, not new features. Extra-fast delivery and additional revisions are available at checkout.
