Can you update existing Airtable contacts instead of creating duplicates?
Yes, Standard and Premium include contact matching using email or another agreed identifier. I configure the workflow to find and update matching contacts. Separate enquiries can be linked to the same contact so you retain their enquiry history.
Do I need an existing Airtable CRM or database?
Basic requires an existing Airtable table. Standard and Premium can include a limited table structure for contacts and enquiries, according to the package. A complete Airtable CRM with dashboards, complex formulas or historical data migration requires a custom quote.
Will you use Make, Zapier, n8n or a WordPress plugin?
I choose the integration method based on your form plugin, workflow, expected submission volume and budget. You own the accounts and connections. Any paid automation subscriptions, hosting or plugin licences are purchased separately.
