Should I message you before ordering?
Yes. Send the page URL, a screenshot, the affected phone/browser and a short description. I will check the issue and confirm whether it fits this one-page, one-issue service before you order.
What counts as one issue?
One clearly identified layout problem on one existing page, such as overlapping text, horizontal overflow, spacing or a mobile menu display problem. Separate problems or extra pages are outside this package.
What will I receive?
The agreed layout fix, before-and-after screenshots, checks at agreed mobile and desktop sizes, and a short summary of the change. One revision is included for the original agreed issue.
What access do you need?
We will confirm the minimum access needed after reviewing the issue. Please create a temporary collaborator account or invitation with only the necessary permissions, then revoke it after delivery. Do not send passwords in the requirements.
Do I need a backup or staging site?
Please keep a current backup before work starts. A staging site is preferred so the change can be checked before it goes live. Let me know whether a backup and staging site are available when we confirm the scope.
What is not included?
Site redesigns, extra features, payment or checkout faults, malware removal and complex plugin conflicts are not included. Testing covers the mobile and desktop sizes agreed before ordering.
