About this Gig
I will take my lived experience as a divorced single mom to help you identify red flags, establish healthy relationship patterns, understand your and/or your partner's attachment style(s), heal after divorce, and coparent with dignity.
My first relationship (9 years) was with an abusive narcissist and my second relationship (5 years) was with an unhealed fearful avoidant. Both relationships taught me valuable lessons including:
- How to set & enforce boundaries
- How to heal from verbal & emotional abuse
- How attachment styles play a role in relationship dynamics
- How to coparent with high conflict personalities

What makes you qualified to give advice?
I have nearly 15 years of lived experience in unhealthy relationships and have educated myself on the ways I contributed to their demise. I know what red flags to watch for and what a healthy relationship should look like.
Why should I take your advice if you're divorced?
Sometimes the best people to get advice from are those who learned difficult lessons. I am not divorced because I am a failure, I am divorced because I didn't know how to identify an unhealthy partner. I know now what to look out for.
Can I hold you accountable if your advice fails?
While I do my best to guide and advise you, ultimately each relationship is very nuanced with different variables. I take your individual circumstances into consideration but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
