My job is to keep the whole business running. On one side, I handle the technical travel stuff, like using professional systems (Amadeus, NDCs, Airline Web IDs) to find, issue, and fix flight tickets. On the other side, I’m the office "money and tech" person—I handle all the accounting, send out invoices, pay our hotel and visa partners, and even make sure our company emails and website stay working. Because I assist the CEO directly, I also spend my day managing his clients on WhatsApp and calls to make sure they're taken care of. I’ve basically gone from knowing nothing about travel to being the person who manages the entire process from the first message to the final payment
