What counts as “one fix” in the Basic package?
One fix means one specific issue, such as one broken page, one form error, or one mobile layout problem. If you have several problems, choose Standard or Premium, or message me and I’ll tell you which package fits
What access do you need to fix my site?
I need admin or collaborator access to your Shopify store or website, or a staff account. Please don’t share your main account password. You can remove my access when the work is finished.
Is it safe? Will you break my site?
I make a backup before changing anything, so I can undo any change if something goes wrong. I also test the fix before delivering it.
Which platforms do you work with?
I work with Shopify, Wordpress and general websites. Tell me your platform before ordering if you’re unsure, and I’ll confirm whether I can help.
Can you fix my site within 24 hours?
Yes for most simple issues in the Basic package. If your problem looks more complex, I’ll tell you before starting and suggest a package or timeline that fits.
Do you build new features or redesign my site?
Not in this gig. This one is for fixing existing problems. For new features, a redesign, or a new site, message me for a custom offer or check my website design gig.
What if the problem comes back after you fix it?
Each package includes support for a few days after delivery. If the same issue returns during that time, I’ll look at it again. New or different issues are a separate order.
Can you keep my site working long-term?
Yes. Message me and I’ll make a custom offer for ongoing maintenance, updates, and monitoring.
